Appointment Call Center
For an appointment, call 762-408-CARE (2273)
The Appointment Call Center is open:
- Monday - Wednesday & Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The phone line will provide number prompts. These prompts are:
- PRESS 1 - To make an appointment
- PRESS 2 then 4 - To cancel an appointment
- PRESS 2 then 1 - Reschedule Primary Care Appointment
- PRESS 2 then 3 - Reschedule Specialty Appointment
Emergency Care
If you have an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency room or call 911.
Urgent Care
If you think you may need urgent care, contact the Military Health Service Nurse Advice Line first. Sometimes it is difficult to know if and when to seek medical help for acute health problems, so having professional help at a moment's notice is invaluable.
Secure Messaging
MHS GENESIS Secure Messaging Service allows you to communicate securely with your providers. Through the MHS GENESIS Secure Messaging Service, you can consult your doctor about specific health symptoms, request a prescription refill, request appointments, receive lab or test results, and access health information.
- Once registered, log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal
- Click on "Secure Messaging"
- Begin sending secure emails to your health care team.
Referrals
Information for TRICARE-only MACH patients being referred to the Network is available on our Patient Information page.
- if you're not registered, you may do so at this site).
- You may also call TRICARE at 800-444-5445.
Information for MACH patients with other health insurance primary, for example Medicare, being referred to the network can be requested on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal and sending a message to USA Fort Benning Referral Management Center or calling 762-408-2589.
No Show Policy
As soon as you realize you won't make your scheduled appointment, please call the Appointment Call Center at 762-408-CARE (2273) or cancel your appointment via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal so we can re-book that slot for another beneficiary needing to be seen.
