In order to ensure we provide the correct care to the correct patient, we will ALWAYS ask you to provide your name and date of birth. Additionally, we will ask  you to present your DOD ID card to verify your eligibility for care. The DoD ID Card verification by Martin Army Community Hospital is a similar process that other healthcare entities utilize when asking for an insurance card.

Thank you for choosing Martin Army Community Hospital for your medical care.

My Military Health: Improving the Patient Experience

The Defense Health Agency is changing how you access care and how we deliver it, making care more focused on you as a person. You’ll soon have faster, easier, and more convenient access from your phone, tablet, or laptop to online tools and services to help meet your health care needs.

The Defense Health Agency selected our facility from among 45 military hospitals, setting it apart as one of the first five sites to launch My Military Health. My Military Health is a new suite of online tools and technologies to help you to engage in your health. You’ll have access to a range of digital care solutions, including:

  • Self-paced, private online health programs to help support your overall well-being and mental health.
  • Digital companions, so you can stay connected to your health care team between visits.
  • Ability to schedule virtual appointments, get appointment reminders, and access virtual waiting rooms.
  • Ability to search online for network primary and specialty care providers.

With My Military Health, we’ll meet you where you are – at home, at work or in your community.

How it Works

This is a phased rollout, so not all features will be available on day one. The first feature we’re offering is a self-help wellness platform, called SilverCloud, with a variety of programs to help you feel better, faster. The programs include resilience, mindfulness, relaxation, money worries, communications and relationships, grief and loss, sleep difficulties and more.

Our health care teams will invite you to access My Military Health. You’ll get an email with information about the various programs and how to sign up. Once enrolled, you can begin using SilverCloud immediately. We encourage you to speak with your provider to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance your care experience.

We ask for your patience and understanding as we adapt to these new technologies and processes to make your care experience more personalized and effective. Your support and participation in this exciting new opportunity will help us improve the way we deliver care for all military health beneficiaries in the future.
