In order to ensure we provide the correct care to the correct patient, we will ALWAYS ask you to provide your name and date of birth. Additionally, we will ask  you to present your DOD ID card to verify your eligibility for care. The DoD ID Card verification by Martin Army Community Hospital is a similar process that other healthcare entities utilize when asking for an insurance card.

Thank you for choosing Martin Army Community Hospital for your medical care.

Getting Care

Doctor On Demand Now Available to the TRICARE East Region!

Now, more than ever, it is important for beneficiaries to easily connect with providers who can see them via virtual appointments. And during the COVID-19 stateside public health emergency, there are no copayments or cost-shares for covered telemedicine care.

Doctor on Demand for the TRICARE East Region

Humana Military has partnered with Doctor on Demand to offer TRICARE East Region beneficiaries increased access to telehealth services. Offering urgent care and mental health care (excluding psychiatry) services, connect face-to-face with providers through virtual appointments using Doctor On Demand by visiting https://doctorondemand.com/microsite/humanamilitary/.

Telemynd. As a reminder, we also have partnered with Telemynd to offer TRICARE East Region beneficiaries simple, secure and easy-to-use access to licensed psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists and therapists from the convenience of your home. Connect with a mental health provider today by visiting: https://www.telemynd.com/humanamilitary.

TRICARE benefits. Find complete benefit details at www.tricare.mil/CoveredServices. TRICARE covers the use of telemedicine to provide medically and psychologically necessary health care. Some exclusions apply.

Referrals. Referral requirements for covered telemedicine services are the same as those for in-person visits. Active duty service members need a referral for urgent care and mental health care services. TRICARE Prime active duty family members and retirees do not need a referral or authorization for most outpatient urgent and mental health care, including visits through Doctor on Demand and Telemynd.

Don't forget to keep your family's information up-to-date in DEERS.
