Physical Exams
Provides medical screening and documentation for AC, RC, and ROTC in preparation for transition to:
- Military Training Schools
- Periodic Health Assessment (for Tricare remote soldiers and those not assigned a primary care manager)
- End of term of service to include Chapter separations
- Retirement
